I came across a new product that we think is awesome! This is not a sponsored post, we just fell in love with it and had to share it! At our house, we like to have some night lights around walkways, mainly because at night when we walk to the kitchen to get a snack or to the restroom, we trip over our dogs ALL THE TIME! We have had several different night lights before, decorative ones, bath and body works wallflower ones, etc. Anyway the main thing I dislike about them is they either have to be manually turned on, or are on all the time, even in daylight which is a waste. I know there are some out there that have a sensor and turn on at night, but then you still have the issue of taking up outlet space! Well this new “night light” has solved all those problems, and we love it! Snowball does too!
The product I am talking about is from a company called “Snap Power” and they created these new snap on outlet covers that have a built-in night light. They are LED and uses no batteries, does not take up an outlet, and comes on automatically when it is dark in the room. They only cost 10 cents a year to use, and last 25 years! We ordered 6 of these outlet covers, and we don’t know how we lived without them! We no longer trip over the fur-babies, or walk into a dark room trying to find the light switch, it is a great pathway light and it gives a nice ambiance as well. We plan to order a couple more for our kitchen to uplight the countertops without having to buy expensive under cabinet lighting. They come in a couple different shades of white to match your outlets, and come in regular or gfi covers. And they are super easy to install! Takes seconds.
I received a coupon code with our order that I thought I would share in case you want to place an order.

Anyway go check them out here.
My parents also came to visit us last week for my birthday! They were only here for a few days but we had so much fun! We went on a Charleston Dinner Cruise on my birthday, visited Memkin Abbey gardens, and we went and visited Boneyard Beach on Bull’s Island which was beautiful!
